Covid 19

OUR COVID-SAFETY POLICY

We take the health and safety of our clients extremely seriously. We follow all local health and safety Covid guidelines to ensure safety and respect between our team and our clients. 

  1. At Cave Studio we run only one photography session per day to avoid any cross transmission in the studio. We have two members of our photography team on site with minimal physical contact with our clients, as necessary. 
  2. The studio is deep cleaned and disinfected between sessions, and all props, fabrics, and toys are sanitized prior to a new session.
  3. Sessions are scheduled in advance to allow the cleaning and disinfecting of the studio between sessions. 
  4. Our team wears masks and/or face shields at our studio and during sessions. We also wash our hands frequently and ensure access to a hand washing station or disinfectant and ensure my clients have access to these before and after their sessions. 
  5. We require that our clients wear masks when entering the studio. Masks can be removed for the photography sessions. 
  6. For a newborn or baby session where social distancing isn’t practical, we ask that participating clients are from the same household.
  7. All sessions have a maximum family size of 5 members.
  8. We have a no shoes policy. Shoes must be removed in reception and placed in the shoe rack, which is also sanitized between use. Coats must also be removed upon entry to the studio
